Salsumbo wakes listeners on Saturday mornings with rhythms, dances, and songs in Spanish that include SALSa, rUMba, mamBO, (hence the name of the show) as well as Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia, Tango, Tejano, Afro-Cuban, Caribbean, Mariachi, Ranchera and more. This 3 hour show encompasses not only Latin American styles but also incorporates love ballads from today and yesteryear as well as popular music from all Spanish speaking countries.
