The 23rd Congressional District of New York features 11 counties, including Tompkins County and most counties west of Tompkins. Republican U.S. Representative Tom Reed has represented this region since 2013. This November, Tracy Mitrano challenges him as the candidate for the Democratic Party, Working Families Party, and Women’s Equality Party. She was able to join WVBR News for an interview.
