TCAT 2019-2020 holiday service will be in effect Mon., Dec. 23, through end of new year

Stay tuned for service modifications from Jan. 2 through Jan. 18


TCAT is adjusting service throughout the holiday season starting Mon., Dec. 23, and will not operate on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day so that all employees can enjoy the holidays with family and friends.


For Monday, Dec. 23:

  • Ø Routes 11N, 83, 83W, 90, 92 and 93 will not operate.

  • Ø All other routes will operate as normal.

For Tues., Dec. 24:

  • Ø Routes 11N, 83, 83W, 90, 92 and 93 will not operate.

  • Ø Routes 14S, 40, 41 and 53 will operate as normal.

  • Ø Routes 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 30, 31, 32, 36, 37, 43, 51, 52, 65, 67, 81 and 82 will operate on an adjusted schedule.


For Thurs., Dec 26, Fri. Dec 27 and Mon. Dec 30:

  • Ø Routes 10, 11N, 81, 83, 83W, 90, 92 and 93 will not operate.

  • Ø Routes 14, 14S, 40, 41, 53 and 65 will operate as normal.

  • Ø Routes 11, 13, 15, 17, 20, 21, 30, 31, 32, 36, 37, 43, 51, 52, 67 and 82 will operate on an adjusted schedule.

For Sat. Dec. 28:

  • Ø Routes 11N, 30, 90 and 93 will not operate.

  • Ø Route 92: Service will end 11:59 p.m. at Hasbrouck Apts.

  • Ø All other routes will run normal service.

For Sun. Dec. 29:

  • Ø Routes 30, 90 and 93 will not operate.

  • Ø Route 92: Service will end 11:59 p.m. at Hasbrouck Apts.

  • Ø All other routes will run normal service.

For Tues, Dec. 31:

  • Ø Routes 10, 11N, 81, 83, 83W, 90, 92 and 93 will not operate.

  • Ø Routes 14S, 40, 41, and 53 will operate as normal.

  • Ø Routes 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 30, 31, 32, 36, 37, 43, 51, 52, 65, 67 and 82 will operate on an adjusted schedule.

Additionally, TCAT passengers are advised to stay tuned for service modifications after the holidays, from Thurs. Jan 2, through Sat., Jan. 18, after which time winter-spring service will go into effect. Service notifications are posted at https://realtimetcatbus.availtec.com/InfoPoint/.


Please note: Other than Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, administrative offices will be open as usual from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays throughout the season.
