WVBR is dedicated to providing more voices to news around women's athletics and has proudly followed the Cornell Women's Ice Hockey team in the last year. However, at the professional level, over 200 women's hockey players announced a boycott to not play another professional game without their demands met. WVBR's Christopher Morales wanted to learn more about the situation with input from two Cornell Women's Hockey icons like Digit Murphy '83 and Micah Zandee-Hart '20.
