Tompkins County Administrator Jason Molino’s Recommended Budget for 2020 will be released to the media and to the public later today.
Administrator Molino will present the budget at the County Legislature meeting, which begins at 5:30 p.m. at Legislature Chambers, Governor Daniel D. Tompkins Building, 121 E. Court Street, Second Floor, Ithaca. As always, media representatives are welcome and encouraged to attend that meeting.
A news release summarizing the budget will be distributed later today. As of 5:30 p.m. the administrator’s Recommended Budget also will be posted on the County’s website at http://tompkinscountyny.gov/ctyadmin/2020Budget.
Since Legislators and Department Heads will not have had an opportunity to review the budget, please delay your questions to them until after Mr. Molino’s presentation.
