CAYUGA MUSEUM’S EMERGING ARTIST SERIES CONTINUES

Show Spotlighting Photographer Maxwell Wood Debuts July 18th

Auburn, N.Y. (July 8. 2019): The Cayuga Museum of History and Art Emerging Artist series continues with this year’s fifth show, featuring the work of Auburn artist Maxwell Wood. Maxwell Wood's photography has led him to some of the most remote, wild, and beautiful places in America. The galleries will be filled with his nature scenes, from the Milky Way to morning in the Grand Tetons. The show will be on display from July 18 to August 11, 2019. Admission is $5 general public, Museum members free. The Cayuga Museum is located at 203 Genesee Street, Auburn. The CNY Emerging Artist Project features the work of a different artist each month, with an opening reception on the third Thursday of each month. Oswego-based Renqian Yang will be the next featured artist, from August 15 to September 14. The full schedule can be found at http://cayugamuseum.org/cny-emerging-artist-project/.
