35th Annual Fall Invitational Art Show Frames Of Reference

Gala Opening - Saturday, October 19 from 7-9pm

Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts

Explore the works of the five singular artists as they present their unique frames of reference for art and life:

  • Local artist William Benson's paintings explore the relationship between the representational and the abstract and the aesthetic orchestration of form

  • Erin Burley, from Boston MA, adds her powerful, hallucinatory visions of emotional tempest on canvas

  • Up and coming Ithaca painter Fernanda Medina's evocative figures and settings create rich tableaus of mystery

  • Jennifer Hannaford's underwater paintings breathe with grace and motion surrounded by cool serenity

  • Rob Licht's sculptures, ranging in scale from small intimate pieces to large outdoor works, delve into the significance of place in our lives

The show runs through November 16 (specific open hours below). Opening night gala will feature the Diana Leigh Trio; multi-media projection; wine, savories, and desserts. This event is free and open to the public.
