ITHACA- Tompkins County Public Library will host Judy Stock for "Miss Judy's Musical Adventure," two musical programs for young children, Tuesdays, September 17 and 24, 11:00 to 11:30 am, in the Library's Thaler/Howell Programming Room. Judy Stock uses the banjo, guitar, spoons, and many more instruments to bring music to children, from newborns to 5 years of age. This program brings together singing, rhyming, movement, finger plays, and a variety of instruments in one fun-filled, 30-minute-long musical session. Children will sing with Judy and meet Jerry the beaver and Ellie the elephant. The program features new and familiar songs, and Judy has many surprises in her music bag to share.
