Blood Donation Opportunities this Month

The American Red Cross urges eligible donors to give blood to support cancer patients and other patients during Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October.

The Red Cross must collect about 14,000 blood donations every day to help patients, and volunteer donors are the only source of blood products for those needing transfusions. Donors of all blood types are needed.

10/20/2016: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., Ramada, 2310 North Triphammer Road

10/25/2016: 1 p.m. - 6 p.m., Cornell Willard Straight Hall, Campus Road

10/26/2016: 2 p.m. - 7 p.m., Robert Purcell Community Center, Cornell University

10/27/2016: 1 p.m. - 6 p.m., Tompkins County Library, 101 E Green Street

10/31/2016: 11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Anabel Taylor, Cornell University, 548 College Avenue
