ITHACA—Tompkins County Public Library is pleased to offer a four-week “Soul Writing” workshop series, Thursdays, February 6 through 27, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, in the Library’s BorgWarner Community Room West.

Lisa Margaret will lead this workshop in Soul Writing, which is an informal process of writing that involves guided meditation with deep reflective questioning. It will assist the participant in accessing new levels of understanding, awareness, and wisdom from the super-conscious part of the mind. Through this process, a higher understanding of life and one’s purpose in the world can be gained.

Registration is required for this four-week series. Register online at www.tcpl.org/events/soul-writing-lisa-margaret-2.

Lisa Margaret has been teaching Inner Wisdom Meditation, Soul Writing, and other courses, such as Your Inner Compass, in Ithaca and around Western New York since 2007. She is a Certified Life Coach and has a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Wellness and a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology.
