It was a special treat for me, as I have been writing poetry since I retired and it has enriched my life very much. Jay Leeming, who is a former Poet Laurette of Tompkins County, is having a poetry workshop at Buffalo Street Books, on 5/16/16 at 5:30pm. He will be talking about The Green Horse Poetry School. It's a year long course in Ithaca that starts on 6/21/16. I'm planning to attend and I feel it would be a great experience, as I attended a month long series with Jay that was invaluable.
