The Mark Tiexiera signing was great, of course C.C. helps the Yankee rotation tremendously, but who knew [[link|url=http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/players/profile?playerId=5937]] Nick Swisher [[end-link]] would be the greatest player in the history of baseball. While I'm only being facetious, no Yankee fan could have imagined him as the best hitter on the team. And I'd be a fool to say someone expected (as John Sterling calls him) Jolly Ol' Saint Nick to be the best reliever on our team. Now, with Nady done for the year and an open spot in right field, [[link|url=http://www.yankees.com]] Yankee fans [[end-link]] will get to find out who Nick Swisher really is. Will he be the man everyone sees him as now, or will he slowly drift back into mediocrity. Who knows, but either way, you'll never see him without a smile on his face...
