A Cash for Clunkers hangover struck every major automaker except Hyundai last month. Sales of new cars have dropped by 41% since August. Both GM and Chrysler suffered the heaviest losses, while Ford reported the smallest sales drop of the Big Three. Only Hyundai managed to post a 27% sales increase over numbers from September 2008.
