| About Me | Mike Beyman is a Vice President at WVBR-FM since April, 2009. He previously served as WVBR's News Director. Mike began his career in news in Stamford, CT, working for a small community newspaper, "The Standard." He then joined News 12 Connecticut, where he worked on the assignment and production desks over two years.
Mike joined WVBR in September of 2006 as a morning newscaster before being promoted to a co-host of "Forced Awkwardness" and Chief Economic Correspondent. After a brief stint at CNBC, Mike served as News Director until 2009, when he was promoted to Vice President. A Connecticut native, in his spare time Mike enjoys movies, water sports, and listening to the sound of his own voice through a tape recorder. |
